Return and Refund Policy
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return: number of days 30
- State of return: returned in original state received and original packaging. If original packaging damaged. Send photo and return request to contactus@hollancustoms.com
- Reason for return: damaged or wrong product
- Process for return: how to initiate a return, please send an email to: contactus@hollancustoms.com. Please explain in detail the reason for the return request.
Process of refunds
- Terms of refund: refunds will only be made back to original source of payment.
- Duration: refunds will be processed within 10 days after, return of product. Please be aware that it may take longer to receive your refund based on how your financial institution policy on return refunds and credits to your financial account.
- Shipping costs are not refundable, only the cost of the original product purchase amount and relevant sales tax if applied.
